Hi, I’m Giacomo Cornacchia. I’m the person behind GIACORN INDUSTRIES.
I build websites that bring clients to local businesses. I work from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, with clients in Italy and abroad. You can see my work on the site of a sports association, on a holiday home and in Lavura, the web app I built from scratch.
A nice site alone isn’t enough: it has to get found and make people want to call. That’s why I combine design, code and local SEO in one job.
I work in two ways. I build your own site, with an upfront investment and a monthly fee. Or I rent you a site that already ranks for your service in your area, and you get the leads.

It’s a site I build and rank on Google for one service in one area, for example “plumber in Austin”. You rent it for a monthly fee and get every call and inquiry it brings in.
Yes. Each site goes to one business per trade and per area, so leads are never shared with your competitors.
It depends on the service. Rented sites have a fixed monthly fee. Sites you own have an upfront investment plus a monthly fee for hosting, changes and maintenance. After your first email I send you a clear quote. See the pricing page for details.
With a rented site that already ranks, leads can start in the first month. With a new site, SEO takes time: usually a few months. For ad campaigns, a landing page works from day one.
The site stops sending you leads and can go to another business. The cancellation terms are spelled out in the agreement before we start.
Yes, always. I work from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria with clients in Italy and abroad. Since I work by email, distance doesn’t matter.
